Hi! We are looking for a licensed kite instructor that can also be our business partner here in the Philippines. We are currently in the process of building a small resort by the beach that is ideal for kite boarding/surfing. We would like to be the first resort in the area to offer Kite boarding/surfing lessons. We are located in Pagudpud Ilocos Norte which is known for strong winds and high waves. We had a few kite riders visit our place already who told us that our place is ideal for kite boarding/surfing so we would like to explore on this more. I have a Naish V4 20m converted to 5 lines (used) but still in ok condition. Kite & Bag Only $150 Kite, Bag and Naish bar $275 if you are 200lb + this can get you going even on lighter wind. NOT recommended for total beginners !!!!!
