LF a licensed kite instructor as a business...

Hi!
We are looking for a licensed kite instructor that can also be our business partner here in the Philippines.
We are currently in the process of building a small resort by the beach that is ideal for kite boarding/surfing. We would like to be the first resort in the area to offer Kite boarding/surfing lessons.
We are located in Pagudpud Ilocos Norte which is known for strong winds and high waves. We had a few kite riders visit our place already who told us that our place is ideal for kite boarding/surfing so we would like to explore on this more.
