Freightgate

My name is Aaron Campbell, I am a college-student majoring in Economics and Leadership Studies at Claremont McKenna College. I am currently living in Off-campus housing at USC and doing two internships for small-startups. However, I am free most weekends and really want to get out and go kiting!

I began taking Kitesurfing lessons 3 years ago, each summer. I got to the point where I could safely handle the kite, standup, and ride both ways.

I then decided to buy my own equipment (got a 16m kite, harness and board) but I have not had a chance to use them yet as none of my friends share my interest in kiting.

I am looking for a partner close to LA with more experience who could help me with finding good spots, rigging, and looking out for one another. I am a quick learner and have no doubt that after a few sessions with my own equipment I will be competent and safe.

I have my own car and equip as mentioned and I am a pretty laid-back guy with lots of beach experience (surfing and lifeguarding).
