Claremont Ramp Parking Tickets?

Hey All:
There is a very funny post at i-windsurf.com's forums about some poor fool who received TWO tickets for driving his car on the Claremont St. Boat ramp.

1st ticket was for driving a car without a trailer on the ramp.
2nd ticket was for not paying the LAUNCH fee to use the ramp.
Come on people if your too lazy to walk your gear from Ocean Bl. to the waters edge @ Belmont Shores.
Go kite somewhere else.
Or as our very own "JIM" does, get a dock cart and just leave the car at home.
