SCKA is investigating the possibility of hosting kite races. Currently we are tying a few informal experimental events to work out the details. Also we are looking for ideas, feedback and volunteers to organize the races. Please let us know your thoughts.

it is only informal practice. No sponsors,
no visiblility, no crowds, no-nada.

I will only discuss further details in person.

And i would invite all others that want to
have a hand or word in it, to meet in person
to discuss it as well.

It is important to discuss these ideas in the
physical presence of others.

We can start on 5/3 - this weekend,(see Island Rounding
for further info)
all of this
is volunteer practice, not serious racing.

I have been organizing Hobie Regattas for over 25 years and kiting for 5. I would be happy to help get this going. too bad no wind for the round island. B)
